On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, the Department of Business and Management at the College of Economics and Administration at Nawroz University organized a seminar entitled "Challenges Facing Employees in the Age of Artificial Intelligence"
The seminar was delivered by assistant lecturer Reem Ali Younis in the presence of a number of academics and attendees.
The seminar addressed several important themes, most notably the economic, psychological, and skill-related challenges brought by AI; job security concerns for routine tasks; the need for hybrid skills; and the ethical and legal aspects of automated decision-making. At the end of the activity, the floor was opened for discussion, and participants exchanged views, questions, and comments related to the topic.
