Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Opens Applications for Student Transfer and Admission Adjustment
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region has announced the opening of applications for student transfer for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Applications will be accepted from 20 July 2026 until 31 August 2026. During this period, eligible students may apply to transfer from one university to another or request an admission adjustment to a programme or college with a lower admission threshold, in accordance with the Ministry's applicable rules and regulations.
