President of Nawroz University Meets with an Official from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs

As part of his meetings and activities during the NAFSA International Conference and Expo, currently held in Orlando, Florida, USA, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mevan Arif Abdulrahman, President of Nawroz University, met with Ms. Rosie L. Edmond, Program Officer at EducationUSA, affiliated with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on opportunities for academic and educational cooperation, and discussed prospects for strengthening international academic relations as well as educational exchange and higher education programs. The discussion also highlighted ways to enhance Nawroz University’s international academic presence and expand cooperation with American educational and academic institutions.
