Introduction
The Health and Safety Directorate at Nowruz University works with all its colleges and departments under the university presidency, as well as in cooperation with with the Ministry.

- The Directorate aims to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to meet all legal requirements.
- Training and awareness to all faculty, staff, and students on safety hazards and how to deal with them, in coordination with partners (Civil Defense, 122 Emergency Center, etc.).
- Supervises the activities of health and safety committees in the various colleges and monitors the university cafeteria and restaurant.
- We reports to the Office of the University President on campus Their responsibilities are carried out in cooperation with the Vice Presidents, the Office of the University President. -We have coordination with 122 center.
- Recording and follow up the Fire bottle number & First Aid Kit in all colleges building, recording the accident are happening with students or staff.
- We have a good coordination with all colleges by the H&S commute
Achievements or Key Activities
- Informing colleges to form a health and safety committee
- Renew the First Aid box materials .
- Checking the Fire system Alarm .
- Follow up & Evaluated the cleaning company activity .
- Delivering H& S session for new students Fist stage in all college .
- Coordination with 122 center for any accident .

- Reducing risks to protect staff, faculty, and students.
- Improving the work environment by promoting awareness of health and safety hazards.
- Communication with stake holder & local Authority to service student & community .
