Opening of a Training and Pedagogy Course for Nawroz University Academic Staff

On Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM, in the presence of the President of Nawroz University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mevan Arif Abdulrahman, alongside Prof. Dr. Muayad Aghali Merza, Prof. Dr. Hoger Taher Tawfiq, and the deans of the colleges, the Directorate of the Assessment and Quality Assurance Center launched a training and pedagogy course for the university's academic staff for the new academic year (2026-2027). The course is held under the supervision of Mr. Muayad Mohammed Abdulqadir.

In his opening remarks, the University President congratulated the faculty members on the commencement of the new academic year. He also highlighted the importance and necessity of organizing this course by the Directorate. Furthermore, he emphasized the need to enhance the level of scientific knowledge and to deliver lectures using modern and contemporary teaching methodologies.

For his part, the Director of the Assessment and Quality Assurance Center provided the attendees with a detailed explanation of the course's agenda and curriculum.

The course is scheduled to continue for more than (10) days, with the participation of specialized experts and professors focusing on essential pedagogical and educational topics.
