Nawroz University and Four Bridge Discuss New Buildings for Medical Colleges
On Wednesday, 16 September 2026, the President of Nawroz University, Assist. Prof. Dr. Mevan Arif Abdulrahman, received a delegation from Four Bridge, a construction company, headed by Engineer Muslim Barzani, to discuss cooperation on the University’s construction and development projects for the 2026–2027 academic year.
During the meeting, the President outlined the University’s plans to expand and develop its infrastructure, with particular emphasis on the construction of new buildings for the University’s medical colleges and departments, including the Colleges of Dentistry and Pharmacy and the Department of Medical Laboratory Science. These projects form part of the University’s broader development plan to accommodate its recent expansion in medical and health-related programmes.
The development plan also includes the construction of additional facilities and the renovation and upgrading of existing buildings, with the aim of providing a modern academic environment that meets the needs of students and supports the University’s growing academic programmes.
For its part, the Four Bridge delegation, headed by Engineer Muslim Barzani, expressed its readiness to cooperate with Nawroz University and carry out the proposed projects in accordance with the required standards and specifications.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the University President and the delegation conducted a field tour of several colleges and departments, during which they inspected the proposed sites for the new buildings and identified areas designated for construction and renovation.
